SPM Marine & Offshore always strives to carry out its services entirely in line with the specifications agreed upon with our customers and in line with their expectations. Maintaining good customer relationships has a high priority, however, without concessions to our employees' health and safety or those of third parties, and without imposing a burden on the environment.

In our market segment, we want to occupy a leading position. That is why we strive towards:

  • Providing high-quality products and services.
  • Taking all measures to ensure the safety and health of our own employees and those of third parties and to prevent damages.
  • Trying to avoid environmentally harmful situations as much as possible.

The most important objectives within our HSEQ policy are:

  • General management of quality, safety, health, environmental care, and cost control during work.
  • Prevent accidents.
  • Report risk situations.
  • Promote awareness of the concept ‘safety’.
  • Sufficient attention to the formulated objectives and procedures concerning reducing, separating, and disposal of waste and storing environmentally harmful substances.

Employees are bound by recorded procedures and work instructions. They are informed of the risks of their work for their health, safety, and well-being and possible risks to the environment.

We expect all employees to take an active role in the fields of safety, quality, and health during their work, as well as a responsible attitude towards the environment.

All employees performing services at customer sites are carrying OPITO/HUET offshore, and Nogepa medical certificates and are Vibration Analyst Cat II or III certified according to ISO 18436.2 and ASNT SNT-TC-1A.
