Meet Condmaster 2026: New AI features for smarter analytics in marine and offshore operations
SPM Instrument is proud to announce a powerful new release of its AI-driven Condmaster diagnostic and analysis software, supporting advanced condition monitoring and decision-making in demanding marine and offshore environments.
In marine and offshore operations, measuring machinery condition is essential, but measurement alone does not improve performance. Without analysis and decision support, operational data provides limited value. Software needs to identify trends, detect early warning signs, and support clear maintenance and operational decisions. With configurable analysis and visualization, Condmaster turns condition data into actionable insight that supports reliable operation and measurable performance improvements.
Deeper insight and faster decisions for marine and offshore operations
Condmaster 2026 introduces a built-in AI Agent that supports the interpretation of vibration spectra and related condition data. By responding to user questions about time signals, symptoms, and trends, the agent enables faster and more confident decision-making in daily marine and offshore operations.
New dashboards support process optimization and condition monitoring of centrifugal pumps, helping operators monitor energy efficiency and wear, identify performance issues earlier, optimize operation, and reduce unplanned downtime.
Analysis capabilities have been strengthened through Data Distribution for correlation and alert tuning, clearer measuring point status, and improved performance, including staggered parallel measurement, extended multichange, and an upgraded search function for large datasets.
Collaboration and system integration have also been enhanced, with direct links within the software, expanded API support, compatibility with the latest Windows platforms, and improved synchronization between remote and centralized installations.
Together, these enhancements position Condmaster 2026 as a practical tool for AI-supported diagnostics, efficient maintenance planning, and reliable marine and offshore operations.
