Grundkurs Tillståndskontroll

Denna grundkurs i konditionsmätning vänder sig till användare av instrumentsystemet Leonova™. Ingen tidigare erfarenhet är nödvändig. Kursen omfattar genomgång av SPM^®-metoden och vibrationsmätning enligt ISO-norm samt teori och praktiska övningar. Efter genomgången kurs har du grundläggande teoretiska kunskaper för att utvärdera enklare maskiner enligt ISO-norm samt kunna identifiera lagerfel med SPM HD^® eller HD ENV^®. Du har också fått lära dig de grundläggande funktionerna om programmet Condmaster^® så att du kan skapa mätpunkter, lägga upp mätronder och kommunicera med instrumentet. Du kommer att behärska instrumentet tack vare praktiska mätövningar.

Fokus för utbildningen ligger på att skapa mätpunkter i Condmaster^® samt hur man praktiskt mäter med Leonova™ instrumentet.

Avbokningsregler: Avbokning sker kostnadsfritt fram till åtta dagar före kursstart. För avbokning som sker 7-1 dagar före kursstart debiteras en administrationsavgift på 3000 kr. Deltagare som är anmälda men ej kommer på första kursdagen faktureras med 50% av den totala kurskostnaden.

Reservation: Om antalet anmälda deltagare är färre än fyra kan kursen komma att flyttas eller ställas in.

This basic course in condition monitoring is held in Swedish.

This is a basic course in shock pulse- and vibration measurement intended for users of the instrument system Leonova™. No previous experience is necessary. The course includes an overview of the SPM^®-method and vibration measurement according to ISO standard, as well as identify bearing defects with the SPM HD^® and HD ENV^® techniques.

After completing the course, you will have the basic skills to be able to evaluate simple applications. You have also learned the basic functions of the software program Condmaster^®, so that you can create measuring points, set up measuring rounds and communicate with the instrument. You will also master the instrument thanks to the practical measurement exercises.

The focus for this training is creating measuring points in Condmaster^® and practical use of the Leonova™ instrument.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation is free of charge until eight days before the course starts. In case of cancellation within seven days prior to course start, a SEK 3.000 administration fee will be charged. Participants who are registered but do not turn up on the first course day will be billed with 50% of the total course fee.

Note: If the number of registered participants is less than four, the course can be moved or cancelled.
